Perth City Dental staff and contractors are trained to follow our privacy policy, and will always strive to maintain best practice in protecting your privacy.

Payment Policy
It is the policy of Perth City Dental that all financial costs are fully outlined prior to your treatment. If this cost is spread out by several appointments, it is our policy that you are provided with an estimate of the cost of each appointment. We request full payment on the day of the appointment.

Missed Appointments and Cancellations
When you make an appointment with Perth City Dental you agree that we have the right to charge you up to $175 for missed appointments (no shows) or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Perth City Dental’s Website content is not Medical Advice
Perth City Dental advises that the content of its website is general in nature and non-diagnostic. In using this website, you agree not to take any information as being dental advice to treat any issues or concerns you may have. If you have a dental issue you are advised to seek a consultation with a dental professional.

Health Insurance Policy
Perth City Dental will provide you with a detailed quote which includes the Australian Dental Association (ADA) dental codes for your treatment plan. If you have private health insurance that includes dental cover, your insurer will pay a proportion of the cost. It is our policy to provide you with an out-of-pocket quote if you request or require it. In order to do this, you are required to have your health insurance card or a digital copy of your card.

It is Perth City Dental’s policy to treat patients regardless of their health insurance status. Staff can provide a detailed cost of treatment prior to commencement. Patients who do not have health insurance cover can discuss their individual situation with their dentist.

Treatment Planning
To the best of its ability and knowledge, Perth City Dental will adhere to any given quote for treatment. In some circumstances an outcome in a dental situation may be unpredictable and there may be changes in the treatment plan to ensure the best quality of care. If this occurs, it is our policy to inform you of any changes to the cost of treatment.
